Updating EMIS Systems and the Impact on TPAs

 Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that on 13/02/2025 EMIS (Empresa Interbancária de Serviços) carried out an update of its systems, which impacted the functioning of the Automatic Payment Terminals (APTs) network, temporarily disabling the purchasing function.

 

Accordingly, if you have been affected and have inoperative machines displaying errors 013 and 461, you should inform your Account Manager so that the default parameters can be restored.
