Cardless Withdrawal

Through our "Withdrawal without a Card" service, Keve Customers can effortlessly provide funds to third parties via ATMs, without the recipient needing to be a bank customer or possess a Multicaixa Card. All that's required is a Withdrawal Code and a Secret Code to access the funds.

 

Operations Available:

Withdrawal Request without Card (with Card): Easily initiate a withdrawal request at any ATM by selecting the desired amount and entering your Pin Code. This generates a Withdrawal Reference, serving as the essential credential for the Cardless Withdrawal service.

• Canceling a Withdrawal Request without a Card;

• Obtaining a 2nd copy of the One Time Code (OTC), which identifies the Cardless Withdrawal Request;

• The OTC Code is automatically generated based on the withdrawal amount entered by the customer and a minimum value set in our Central System.

This code corresponds to the withdrawal amount and is validated by the ATM upon entry.


Limits:

 
The daily limit for Cardless Withdrawal Requests is AOA 50,000, with a maximum withdrawal limit of AOA 25,000 per request.

The entire amount made available must be withdrawn in full by the Beneficiary during the transaction and cannot be phased in.
