Completion of Transfer of Securities and Custody Accounts


Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you that, following the previous communications of September 6, 2023 and November 27, 2023, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 440(2) of Law no. 14/21, of May 19, on the General Regime of Financial Institutions, and in compliance with Instruction no. 05/CMC/03-23, of March 21, the Services and Activities in Securities and Derivative Instruments previously provided by the Financial Institutions have been completed. 05/CMC/03-23, of March 21, Securities and Derivatives Investment Services and Activities previously provided by Banking Financial Institutions are now carried out exclusively by Non-Banking Financial Institutions, such as Brokerage Houses (SCVM) or Securities Distribution Houses (SDVM).

As announced, in the absence of a pronouncement, its securities and respective custody accounts were migrated to PROSPECTUM CAPITAL - SCVM, SA, registered with the Capital Markets Commission under no. 05/SCVM/CMC/11-2023, and the process has been completed.

We therefore inform you that the Bank will automatically close your custody account with us and that you should now contact PROSPECTUM CAPITAL - SCVM, S.A., as your intermediation agent, by e-mail: geral@prospectum.ao in order to regularize your account with them.
